2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use CreatorFlow on up to 3 computers you own or control
  • Generate unlimited content for personal or commercial use
  • Receive free software updates

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share, resell, or distribute your license key
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the software for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to bypass license verification

4. AI Service Requirements

CreatorFlow requires an API key from Claude (Anthropic) or OpenAI. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and paying for your own API access
  • Complying with the AI provider's terms of service
  • Any costs associated with API usage

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Content generated using CreatorFlow
  • Reviewing and editing generated content before publishing
  • Ensuring content complies with platform terms and applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

CreatorFlow software and documentation are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Content you generate using the software belongs to you.

7. License Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Share or distribute your license key
  • Attempt to circumvent license protection

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CreatorFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • The quality or accuracy of generated content
  • Compatibility with all systems or AI providers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CreatorFlow.
