1. The service and your account

CreatorFlow is a cloud-based social media automation service. Your account, content, settings, and posting history are stored in our cloud and synced to the devices you sign in on. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

The Free tier includes up to 90 posts per month on every supported platform and is ad-supported. We may adjust Free tier limits over time; the current limits are always described on our pricing page.

2. Pro subscription and billing

CreatorFlow Pro is a subscription of $19.99 per month, billed exclusively through Google Play as an in-app purchase in the CreatorFlow Android app; subscribing there unlocks Pro on all your devices, including desktop. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms. You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account; Pro remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the Free tier.

3. Bring your own API key (optional)

Pro subscribers may optionally connect their own API key from a supported AI provider — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, or Meta Llama ("BYOK"). If you do, you pay your chosen AI provider directly for usage under your key, and that provider's terms of service govern your use of their models. We use your key only to make requests to the provider you chose on your behalf.

4. AI assistants you connect

You may connect a third-party AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) to your account through our MCP connector. When you do:

• The assistant acts within the permissions you grant on the consent screen, which you can change or revoke in Settings → Assistants.
• Data the assistant reads is sent to its provider and governed by that provider's terms, and we are not responsible for how the provider handles it.
• If you allow an assistant to schedule or publish (a Pro feature), posts it sends are published on your behalf, and you are responsible for them as if you had published them yourself.
• We may limit how many drafts and posts an assistant can create per day, and may suspend a connection that is abusing the service.

5. Acceptable use and restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to publish unlawful content
• Use the Service in ways that violate the terms of service of the social platforms you connect — staying compliant with each platform's rules is your responsibility
• Resell, redistribute, or provide access to the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to access it by any means other than the apps, website, and MCP connector we provide

6. Your content

Content generated with CreatorFlow belongs to you, for personal or commercial use. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including reviewing drafts before they go out and ensuring what you post complies with applicable law and the rules of each platform you post to.

7. Our intellectual property

The CreatorFlow software, applications, website, documentation, and branding (including RizBop) are and remain the intellectual property of Elemental Genius LLC. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the quality or suitability of generated content, or compatibility with any particular device or third-party platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elemental Genius LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, profits, or business interruption — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
