Account & sign-in
Can't sign in
- Make sure your email address is verified — check your inbox for the verification message.
- Reset your password if you signed up with email and password.
- If you signed up with Sign-in with Google, use that same Google account to sign in.
- Check your internet connection — CreatorFlow is cloud-based, so an offline device can't sign in.
Pro features missing after subscribing
- Sign in with the same account you used when you purchased Pro.
- Go to your profile and tap Restore Purchases.
- Confirm the subscription is active in your Google Play account.
- Sign out and back in to refresh your entitlements.
Platform connections
OAuth connection failed
- Complete the redirect — don't close the window before the platform sends you back to CreatorFlow.
- Allow pop-ups for the OAuth window in your browser.
- Complete any two-factor authentication step the platform asks for.
- Disconnect the platform in Settings, then reconnect it.
Posts not appearing
- Check Settings → Connected Platforms to confirm the platform is still connected.
- Platforms occasionally revoke access tokens — reconnect the affected platform.
- Some platforms cap how often you can post; check whether you've hit a posting limit.
- Check the activity log for the specific error on the failed post.
BYOK (Pro)
"Invalid API key"
- Make sure you copied the whole key with no missing characters.
- Confirm the key is active in your provider's dashboard.
- Check the format for your provider — for example, Claude keys start with
sk-ant-and ChatGPT (OpenAI) keys start withsk-.
"Insufficient credits"
With BYOK you pay the provider directly for usage — CreatorFlow doesn't handle that billing. Check your billing status and credits in your provider's dashboard.
Content generation
Draft doesn't sound like me
- Add more example posts — 10–20 is the sweet spot.
- Tweak your tone descriptors.
- Remove examples that no longer match your brand.
Hit the monthly limit on Free
The Free tier includes 90 posts per month. Upgrade to Pro in-app for unlimited posts.
Sync & devices
- Pull to refresh to force a sync.
- Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices.
- Free accounts sync 7 days of history; Pro syncs in real time with full history.
AI assistants (MCP)
Drafts from my assistant aren't showing up
- Make sure the CreatorFlow connector is still connected in your assistant's settings.
- Check that you signed in to the same CreatorFlow account you're looking at.
- Confirm the connector address is exactly
https://mcp.creatorflowlab.com/mcp. - Remove the connector and add it again, then sign in when prompted.
Drafts aren't in my queue
On desktop, assistant drafts have their own list: Queue → Assistant drafts. On Android, they appear in the Queue labelled "Drafted by" with the assistant's name. Pull to refresh if one hasn't shown up yet.
My assistant says it can't post or schedule
Scheduling and publishing need Pro, and you have to switch them on for that assistant — either on the consent page when you connect it, or later in Settings → Assistants (desktop) or Settings → AI Assistants (Android). On Free, assistants write drafts and you post them.
"Limit reached"
Each assistant can have 25 drafts waiting, create 50 drafts a day, and make 30 schedules or publishes a day. Clear some waiting drafts, or try again tomorrow. See AI Assistants (MCP).
